How to get the patient registration in bahmni?

Look, I am providing you the best way to get the registration, you just need to follow the mentioned steps.

a. Login to the bahmni by using the credential.

b. After login, please click on the registration icon for patient registration.

c. After that, please click on the + icon to add your new patient.

d. Now you have to enter all the patient details and the most important point is that the star marks are maindatory.

e. After that if you want to enter the email Id then you should have to click on “additional Patient Information”.

f. Now you have to select the types of sections by clicking on the start OPD visit button.

g. And now after entering all the details you just need to click on the save button and your data will be saved.

h. after saving the patient details go and click on the print registration card button and you have to give this card to the Patient.
